Vicky Butler, Owner of Right at Home Isle of Wight, has been named a finalist in the prestigious NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2025. The NatWest EWiF Awards celebrate and honour the outstanding achievements of women in the UK franchising sector.
This year, Vicky has been nominated in the Woman Franchisee of the Year 2025 category. This nomination highlights her exceptional contributions, innovative approach, and dedication to fostering growth and success within the franchising community.
As the owner of Right at Home Isle of Wight, Vicky has played a key role in driving the company’s success through visionary leadership and forward-thinking strategies. Vicky and her staff hosted a Christmas Day lunch for those who would otherwise be alone, they also launched the Older Persons Good Living Show in 2023 to showcase businesses and services which help older people live independently.
