Abi Coulburn, Care Ambassador  

Abi is one of our fantastic Carers and also proudly serves as a Care Ambassador here at Right at Home Lymm and Warrington South. Caring, thoughtful, and always ready with a smile, Abi is passionate about making a difference and brings warmth and positivity to everyone she meets.

As a Carer, Abi delivers person-centred care to clients in their own homes—helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Naturally compassionate and a great listener, Abi connects effortlessly with people, taking the time to understand their needs and brighten their day.

In her role as Care Ambassador, Abi plays an important part in supporting the wider care team. She works alongside our team of carers and management to carry out spot checks, assist with rota planning, and help ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.

Abi is a true advocate for what we stand for—she supports and encourages her colleagues, promotes best practice, and helps maintain a positive, caring, and team-focused environment.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys music, travelling, and spending time with animals—especially her much-loved Shih Tzu, Lily!
