Katie is our brilliant Business Support Manager here at Right at Home Lymm and Warrington South, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From marketing and recruitment to general office operations, Katie plays a key role in supporting both our care team and clients every day.

With a strong background in marketing and communications, Katie brings energy, organisation, and a can-do attitude to every part of the role. Whether it's creating engaging social media content, welcoming new team members, or making sure the office runs like clockwork, Katie is always one step ahead.

Katie is passionate about showcasing the incredible work our care team does and helping us grow with the right people on board. Her attention to detail and supportive approach makes her a valued point of contact for both staff and families.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys all things nature such as exploring the outdoors and spending time with her flurry of pets; as well as reading and listening to music.
