Wioleta Jakubowska, Care Ambassador  

Wioletta is one of our fantastic CareGivers and also proudly serves as a Care Ambassador here at Right at Home Lymm and Warrington South. Passionate, dedicated, and always ready with a smile, Wioletta goes above and beyond to support not only our clients but also our wider care team.

As a CareGiver, Wioletta delivers exceptional, person-centred care to clients in their own homes—helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. With a naturally compassionate nature and a strong sense of responsibility, Wioletta builds real connections with every client, making a genuine difference each day.

In her role as Care Ambassador, Wioletta plays an active part in supporting the wider care team. She works closely with carers and management to carry out spot checks, assist with rota planning, and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Wioletta is a great champion of what we stand for—she encourages best practice, supports the team, and helps keep our workplace positive, caring, and team-focused.

Outside of work, Wioletta enjoys being a mum to two girls and a border collie! And she loves to bake, walk and listen to music.
