Clare's Journey: From Carer to Care Director
Clare's journey is a powerful example of the career progression opportunities available at Right at Home.
She began her professional career as an NHS nurse before joining the Right at Home family in 2017, starting on the frontline of care. From day one, Clare demonstrated a deep commitment to both clients and care professionals, quickly establishing herself as someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Starting as a Carer, Clare progressed rapidly within the organisation. Through a combination of our comprehensive training programme, strong management and team support, and her own determination, she took on increasing responsibilities — first as Senior Carers, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager and then Operations Manager.
Clare's career progression reflects Right at Home's commitment to recognising talent, nurturing potential, and promoting from within. Her leadership, experience, and dedication have had a lasting impact on both client care and team development.
Today, Clare's outstanding contributions have been further recognised with her appointment as Care Director at Right at Home Lymm and Warrington South. In this role, she works closely with the Board, using her frontline experience and leadership expertise to help both clients and care professionals thrive across the organisation.
Clare's story demonstrates that at Right at Home, care is more than a job — it's a career with clear pathways, genuine support, and opportunities to grow at every stage.
