Outstanding Internal Audit Result - A massive thank you to our amazing team!

We are delighted to share that our recent internal audit from our Right at Home National Office, conducted as part of our ongoing commitment to quality assurance, has awarded us an overall rating of Outstanding.

This internal audit was carried out by our National Office but in line with the CQC’s new Single Assessment Framework and reflects our dedication to maintaining the highest standards across all areas of our service.

This is a fantastic achievement and a true testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work of our incredible team. The internal audit highlighted our best practices, effective processes and positive feedback from both staff and the people we support.

A special thank you to every member of our team – from our Carers to our office staff and management team. Your commitment, teamwork, and continuous drive to deliver outstanding care make achievements like this possible. Each one of you has played a vital role in creating the high-quality, compassionate service we’re so proud of.

While we celebrate this success, we’re not stopping here. We will continue to use the audit feedback to develop our service improvement plans, ensuring we build on our strengths and maintain excellence in everything we do.
