Hi, I’m Niamh.

I’ve worked at Right at Home Portsmouth for the past 5 years, supporting both marketing and recruitment. On the marketing side, I focus on sharing what we do day to day – highlighting our team, the care we provide, and the real stories behind it. On the recruitment side, I help bring new carers into the team and support them through the early stages of joining us.

I really enjoy the mix of both parts of my role. Marketing gives me the creative side – telling stories in a way that feels real and engaging – while recruitment is more people-focused and rewarding when you find the right fit and see someone settle and thrive.

I studied Communication and Media at Bournemouth University and hold a CPD-accredited certificate in digital marketing from Econsultancy.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking vegan food, doing yoga, reading, and listening to music. I also recently took a career break to travel in Australia, which gave me some perspective and time to reset!
