About Bryony...

Bryony is our Lead Field Care Supervisor here at Right at Home South Cheshire, where she plays a key role in supporting our Field Care Supervisors, Clients, Care professionals and the wider care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered every day.

Bryony's career in care began at the age of just 16, where she began working in a nursing home as a cleaner, seeing the positive impact care had, Bryony stepped into her first Care Professional role at 18. Since then she has contributed to develop both her knowledge and experience, most recently achieving her Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care qualification. Her career through the care sector has given her a wealth of knowledge and practical experience.

As Lead Field Care Supervisor, Bryony supports and guides the Field Care Supervisors, ensures care plans are created and updated to the highest standard, carries out observations, supervisions and continues to provide on going support to our staff and clients.
