About Caroline...

Caz is the Care Manager at Right at Home South Cheshire, having progressed through the company from her role as a Field Care Supervisor. With a wealth of experience within care, Caz has developed a strong understanding of both our Clients and Care Professionals, as well as what it takes to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Having previously worked across both the office and the care field, Caz has gained valuable hands-on experience supporting our Clients and Care Professionals. Her exceptional approach to working with Clients, alongside her knowledge and experience, has supported her progression into her current role as Care Manager.

Caz is passionate about ensuring our Clients receive the highest standard of care and that our Care Professionals feel supported in their roles. She is also committed to her own professional development and is currently working towards her Level 4 qualification, having already achieved her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in care.
