About Jade...

Jade is a Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home South Cheshire, where she supports both our Clients and Care Professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered every day. Jade joined our team in 2026 as a Care Professional and instantly demonstrated her knowledge and expertise, which resulted in her becoming a Field Care Supervisor after hard work during the interview process.

With almost 10 years of care experience in a range of settings and Senior roles, Jade has developed her hands-on skills when it comes to care and understands the effort that goes on behind the scenes. She currently holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards completing a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

In her role, Jade ensures care plans are created and updated to the highest standard, carries out observations, supervisions and continues to provide on going support to our staff and clients.
