About Jane...

Jane is the General Business Manager at Right at Home South Cheshire. She plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the business and the future of the business as a whole. She supports both of our office and care teams, ensuring we continue to grow and deliver high-quality care across our community.

Jane began her journey with Right at Home as a Care Professional and quickly progressed through the organisation, becoming a Senior Care Professional, then Care & Finance Coordinator and most recently stepping into her current role as General Business Manager. Her progression reflects both her dedication and strong understanding of the care sector.

Jane’s key responsibilities include the development of our overall operations, recruitment, financial management and quality assurance, ensuring the business continues to go from strength to strength.
