About Lorraine...

Lorraine is a Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home South Cheshire, where she supports both our Clients and Care Professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered every day. Lorraine joined our team in August 2026, bringing with her several years of valuable experience within the care sector.

With around 4–5 years of experience in care, Lorraine has worked her way from a Care Professional to a Senior Care Professional, giving her a strong understanding of both hands-on care and the responsibilities involved in supporting others within a care team.

Lorraine is passionate about delivering high-quality care to the clients we support and is committed to ensuring that every individual receives the care, dignity and respect they deserve. Her previous experience as a Senior Care Professional has given her a strong foundation for her role as a Field Care Supervisor, where she can use her knowledge and experience to support both our clients and wider care team.

In her role, Lorraine helps to maintain high standards of care, supports our Care Professionals and works closely with clients to ensure their needs continue to be met. She plays an important role in helping our team deliver personalised, high-quality care across South Cheshire.
