About Lucy...

Lucy is a Part-Time Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home South Cheshire, where she supports both our Clients and Care Professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered every day. Having joined the team in 2024, Lucy brings valuable hands-on experience and a genuine understanding of what outstanding homecare looks like.

In her role, Lucy ensures care plans are created and updated to the highest standard, carries out observations, supervisions and continues to provide on going support to our staff and clients.

Lucy is passionate about building positive relationships with staff, clients and their families, ensuring everyone feels listened to, respected and well supported.
