Tina Mahoney

Tina is our current Care Manager, based in Crewe & Nantwich. She began as one of our Carers and since then Tina has moved her way up the ranks to Field Care Supervisor and now Care Manager.

She continues to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered and maintained, whilst supporting, leading, and mentoring a team of dedicated Care Professionals.

Tina's key responsibilities include:

• Support Caregivers in their day-to-day job
• Onboard new Caregivers and introduce them to our Clients
• Complete assessments
• Regularly keep care plans and risk assessments up to date
• Support the Care Management Team
