About Tina...

Tina is the Recruitment & Retention Manager at Right at Home South Cheshire. Having been with the company for four years, Tina has gained valuable experience across a number of roles, giving her a strong understanding of both our team and the people we support.

She began her journey with Right at Home as a carer before progressing to Field Care Supervisor and later stepping into the role of Care Manager for a period of time. This hands-on experience across different areas of the business gives Tina a unique insight into what makes a great carer and how we can best support our team throughout their journey with us.

Tina is passionate about attracting the right people to our team, supporting them throughout their career and creating an environment where our staff feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
