About Tina ...

Tina is the Head of Care at Right at Home South Cheshire, having joined the team in June 2025. With over 23 years of experience within the Health and Social Care sector, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, overseeing our care operations and helping to ensure we continue to deliver the highest standard of care to the people we support.

Throughout her career, Tina has worked across a variety of roles, including Care Professional, Senior, Deputy Care Manager, Service Manager and Registered Manager. This extensive experience has given Tina a well-rounded understanding of care and leadership, as well as a strong insight into what is needed to provide safe, high-quality and person-centred support.

Tina holds NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care and has also completed a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Adult Services. She is passionate about maintaining high standards of care, supporting our team and ensuring our Clients receive the best possible service.
