We Are Now A 5 Star Employer!
We are very proud to announce that we have been recognised as a 5 Star Employer by WorkBuzz.
The WorkBuzz award is a highly prestigious award to win, as it is awarded following direct feedback from both clients and staff. Unlike awards based on judges or panels, this recognition reflects the real experiences of the people at the heart of our every day service.
Receiving this award means so much to us because it highlights the positive workplace culture we have built as a team, and the high standard of care and support we strive to deliver across our local community.

What is the 5 Star Employer Award?
And how is it awarded?
The 5 Star Employer Award is recognised by WorkBuzz, which is an employee feedback and engagement platform, used by companies to understand how staff/clients feel about work/services.
It is awarded to companies that perform strongly in engagement and feedback results and is data-driven based on the results of the survey.
Earlier this year our clients and staff completed the anonymous survey, answering questions regarding training, recognition, communication, leadership, standard of care and much more.
WorkBuzz then takes these results and sees how we perform against benchmarks, and this year we smashed it!
