Every new CareGiver joins us through a comprehensive induction training programme, covering all essential areas of care. This includes:

• Medication Support – safe handling, administration, and documentation

• Moving and Handling – ensuring the safety and comfort of both clients and staff

• Basic Life Support – including CPR and emergency response

• Safeguarding Adults – recognising signs of abuse or neglect and knowing how to respond

This induction ensures that all our CareGivers are prepared to deliver compassionate, competent care from day one.

Ongoing Learning and Specialist Development

Learning doesn't stop after induction. We’re committed to continuous learning and development to help our team grow professionally and respond to the evolving needs of our clients.

We provide regular refresher training and offer specialist modules in areas such as:

• Palliative and End-of-Life Care

• Dementia and Alzheimer’s Support

• Parkinson’s Care

• Stroke Rehabilitation

This enables our team to support clients with complex needs while delivering care that is truly person-centred.

Pathways for Progression

For those looking to take their career further, we support our staff through Level 3 training in Health and Social Care. This qualification is ideal for CareGivers aiming to move into more senior or supervisory roles, and we’re proud to see so many of our team members progressing and growing within the company.
