We are extremely delighted with the latest results from independent research company WorkBuzz! Right at Home East Lancashire & Ribble Valley scored 100%, proving we are an excellent employer and great place to work. All staff were invited to participate in this year's survey and have their say. 

WorkBuzz are independent assessors who undertake the survey each year. It provides our employees with the opportunity to let us know what they think and in turn this provides an insight into the good things Right at Home East Lancashire & Ribble Valley offers as a work place.
