We Won the National Business of the Year Award 2018!

We are all celebrating at Right At Home (East Lancashire & Ribble Valley) after winning the National Business of the Year Award for 2018. The National Business of the Year Award recognises the performance of the whole business including management, performance, customer service and brand values and demonstrates a proactive commitment to excel from all parts of the business. The award was presented to our owner Julie Foote on the 20th of September 2018 by John Romaines from The Access Group on behalf of the independent judges and Ken Deary (Managing Director of Right At Home UK) at a glittering awards evening.

The awards ceremony aimed to celebrate the achievements of the people and businesses seeking to make a real difference to people’s lives, and the contribution they are making to their local communities. The judging panel said that at a time of increasing pressure on the care sector, it is more important than ever to recognise the fantastic efforts of home care businesses and employees across the country.

This year’s winners were selected by an independent judging panel made up of senior figures within the Care and Franchise industry.
