Our first CareGiver of the Month for January goes to...Sandra McKechnie!
What does it mean to be a Care Assistant with us?
It means you are the best of the best, well that’s our opinion anyway! You are given top quality training, full 4-day induction, shadowing with a Senior and continued refresher training. To be a CareGiver you are compassionate, you are caring, you have a love for the job you do.
What does it mean to be CareGiver of the Month?
You have gone above and beyond what is expected of you. A Carer who has received compliments from peers or compliments from clients. A Care worker who is truly committed to their responsibilities!
January 2022 – Sandra McKechnie
Sandra is a loyal employee and dedicated to her clients, she has been with us for over 5 years! She is a skilled Care Assistant and excellent in every respect.
Sandra was fantastic over the Christmas period, a real asset to the team! She picked up extra calls and was happy to move around her availability if needed.
In all, Sandra is a highly professional and more than capable CareGiver and is a cherished employee of Right at Home.
Thank you, Sandra, for all of your hard work, it hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we greatly appreciate you and all that you do for Right at Home!
