A day of connection, support and community
Our Living Well, Your Way community wellbeing event brought together local organisations, community groups and families for a friendly day of support, advice and connection.
Visitors had the opportunity to discover local services, ask questions and learn more about the support available in their community. We were also delighted to welcome the Mayor of Wandsworth, who joined us to show support for this important community event.
The day highlighted the value of bringing people together and making it easier to find the right support. Thank you to everyone who attended, took part and helped make Living Well, Your Way a success. Together, we can help ensure that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.

Connecting Our Community Through Support and Well-being
Our community event brought together local organisations, residents and support services to share information, promote wellbeing and strengthen community connections.
The event featured a variety of organisations, including Sparkle Intergenerational Community Centres, Active Wellbeing at Enable, Pathways Through Dementia, FindGoodCare, Ridgeway Wills, Royal Trinity Hospice, Haughey and Regenerate-RISE. We were also pleased to welcome Fleur Anderson MP and the Mayor of Wandsworth.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for residents to meet local organisations, discover helpful resources and learn more about the support available in their community. It was a wonderful day of collaboration, connection and community spirit.
