Managers' Conference 2025

Abbie Varney, our Care Manager, and Enrica Simone, our Recruitment and Training Coordinator, participated to the Right at Home Managers' Conference 2025 at Ardencote Manor Hotel. The location was amazing and the atmosphere was incredible. They were able to connect and networking with others Right at Home staff members.

Invitations were not only for Registered Managers, but also for other members of office staff such us Care Coordinators, Compliance and Training Coordinator, Supervisors etc.

First ever Spirit of Franchising Managers Award 2025

It was with great honour that our Care Manager, Abbie Varney, received the first ever Spirit of Franchising Award 2025 for her unerring support to the network.

Feedback from all around the network awarded Abbie for her support with Cognito Forms. Abbie does not hesitate to jump in a teams call and help anyone. They appreciated her with their nominations. 

Her nominations included comments such as:
