Krish moved to London over a decade ago, and he couldn’t think of a better way of giving back to the place he now calls home, than by caring for its elderly residents and people living with disabilities. Throughout most of his career, Krish worked in consulting and IT for several Fortune 500 companies in the UK and overseas. It was a great profession on paper, but he always felt something was missing. Having also recently worked for a door to door transport service that catered for the elderly and disabled, Krish felt he could add value and make a difference to the lives of so many people in social care.
Looking after the vulnerable and elderly is a key aspect of his values and this core belief is what pushed him to make the career change he always wanted and led to him being part of something more rewarding. He knows first-hand what it’s like to have an immediate family member need care and is determined to raise the bar in the home care sector, providing a top-notch service that is second to none.
In every care situation he faces, he asks himself if the level of care he’s providing would be good enough for his own loved ones, and this is the driving force for him to always go above and beyond.
