With Right at Home Solent's Refer a Friend Scheme, you can recommend a Care Assistant or a new client and receive £150 in vouchers if your referral is successful.*
Whether you're a family member, friend, neighbour or part of the local community, we'd love to hear from you. It's a simple way to help someone find a rewarding career in care or introduce someone to the support they need while being thanked for your recommendation.
How Our Refer a Friend Scheme Works
Taking part is straightforward.
- Refer someone who would make a great Care Assistant or someone who could benefit from our home care services.
- Complete our Refer a Friend form or contact our friendly office team.
- If your referral is successful and meets the scheme's terms and conditions, you'll receive £150 in vouchers.

We know that great Care Assistants come from many different backgrounds. While previous care experience can be helpful, it isn't essential. What matters most is having the right values, including kindness, patience, reliability and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
Every new Care Assistant receives comprehensive training before supporting clients independently. Our induction programme, ongoing learning opportunities and experienced team help build the confidence and skills needed to provide high-quality care.

We provide personalised home care across Fareham, Gosport, Southampton, the New Forest and surrounding areas. Every care plan is tailored to the individual, whether they need companionship, personal care, dementia support, respite care, live-in care or more specialist support.
Our first step is always getting to know the person and understanding what matters most to them. This allows us to provide care that reflects their individual needs, preferences and routines.

Terms and Conditions
*The person who has been referred needs to tell us they have been referred by someone upfront, and we need to know within three days of their application.
The person who has been referred will need to have worked in the community for one month before the vouchers can be issued.
The person who has been referred will need to have been a Client with us for at least one month.
You do not need to work for Right at Home or have their services to make the referral and receive the vouchers.
