What Our Clients Told Us
Right at Home North Leeds, Otley & Horsforth is proud to share outstanding feedback from the people we support, following our independent Client Satisfaction Survey carried out by WorkBuzz.
The results reflect the difference that compassionate, personalised home care in Leeds and surrounding areas can make to everyday life - helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
37 Clients were sent our anonymous survey from WorkBuzz, to share their experience of receiving care at home across North Leeds and Otley including Horsforth, Guiseley, Yeadon and Rawdon.
The results showed:
- 100% feel treated with dignity and respect
- 100% trust and depend on our service
- 100% feel their carers are well matched to their needs
- 100% feel supported to remain independent at home
These results reflect the importance of consistency, trust and meaningful relationships in delivering high-quality care at home.
