10th Client Christmas Meal Celebration in Fareham
Published: 05/01/2026
The festive season is a time for togetherness, joy, and creating memories. This year, we were delighted to host our 10th Client Christmas Meal at the Lysses House Hotel in Fareham. On Tuesday, 2nd December 2025, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, our clients joined us for a celebration filled with laughter, warmth, and the spirit of Christmas.
This event is one of the highlights of our year and gives clients in Southampton, Fareham, Gosport, and New Forest East a chance to enjoy a delicious Christmas meal with friends and supportive care assistants. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was full of excitement and festive cheer.
A Festive Feast with Thoughtful Support
Thanks to the Lysses House Hotel, every client enjoyed a full Christmas main meal, mince pies, and tea or coffee, all a treat from the office team. Clients were able to choose their menu in advance to ensure they had their preferred dishes, making the experience personal and special.
Clients who needed extra support were able to have their care assistants join them. The presence of familiar, caring faces allowed everyone to fully enjoy the celebration.
Kev Popat | Director"It was a real homour to witness the difference we are making to so many people in our local community. We really do have a wonderful set of clients and carers, and it was quite an emotional afternoon!"
Fun, Laughter, and Festive Spirit
No Christmas celebration is complete without festive fun. Special thanks to Gary Boud, who played Santa, and his playful elves, who kept spirits high throughout the afternoon. From laughter-filled games to cheerful conversation, every moment gave our clients the chance to feel included and celebrated.
These moments are more than just a meal. They are memorable experiences that enhance quality of life for seniors, bringing joy, companionship, and a sense of being truly cared for.
Why Celebrations Like This Matter
At Right at Home Solent, we understand that care is not just about daily routines. It is about improving quality of life, supporting emotional wellbeing, and creating meaningful experiences. Events such as the Client Christmas Meal allow our clients to connect with others and enjoy time with their Care Assistants in a festive setting.
A Heartfelt Thank You
We would like to thank everyone who made the day possible. The Lysses House Hotel provided a welcoming space. Gary Boud and his elves spread festive cheer throughout the afternoon. Our care assistants and staff supported clients before, during, and after the event, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and valued.
Their dedication made the day truly magical.
