Simone Jackson

Group Quality and Compliance Manager

Having worked in the care sector for 26 years, Simone is passionate about all things homecare. Supporting others and sharing knowledge has always been something that Simone has enjoyed, meaning transitioning into a training role following some time spent working as a CareGiver at the age of 18 was a natural progression. In this role, ensuring new and existing carers had the fundamental skills and best practices embedded into their daily work was paramount.

Later, Simone developed skills as a Positive Behavioural Support Trainer for individuals with complex learning disabilities. Involved in the practical sessions for training new and existing staff, together they would help reduce the need for physical interventions, and in some cases remove them entirely – something Simone took great pride in.

These years of experience in the industry lead to Simone taking on the role of Quality Compliance Officer. Here, Simone was able to provide guidance, support and generate awareness around all aspects of governance.

Outside of work, family is the most important aspect of Simone’s life – spending time with them is extremely important. Whether it be date night with the husband or crazy golf as a family, Simone says “it’s so important to enjoy time together and make those ever lasting memories.”
