Right at Home UK has big expansion plans for 2023 - in more ways than one!

We’ve got a great pipeline of new franchisees coming into the network, and we’re also knocking down walls and increasing the size of our National Office, to accommodate our growing support team!

For the last three years we have maintained an industry-leading ratio of having one support team member to every three Franchise Owners, with the team split between our National Office in Merseyside, and regional working from the field teams who spend a high percentage of their time providing on-site support in Franchisees’ offices.

Introducing the newest faces to the team; we’re delighted to welcome Talent Attraction Manager David O’Brien, and to be increasing headcount on our Marketing Team with a new role for Digital Marketing Coordinator Jemini Davodra.

David will lead the strategic support for care team recruitment and retention – ensuring our franchisees have the best tools and guidance to attract truly caring, dedicated members of staff, who share Right at Home’s values about quality care.

Jemini will join a team who create online content for the network to adapt and localise, in addition to managing our own national digital platforms. This ranges from focused campaigns such as next month’s Heart Month content, devised with the wonderful team at our charity partner the British Heart Foundation, to more reactive social media posts, highlighting the amazing work being done by care teams across the network.

With the full team now edging towards 30 people, we are creating more space in the office so we can deliver training, hold 121 support calls online and in person, and have some space to be inspired and get creative as we map out our priorities for the future development of our brand and franchise system.

We’re looking forward to wiping away the building dust and sharing photos of our new space once the work is completed!

 

That growth trend is reflected in the franchise network, as we will progress from operating 71 franchises at the start of 2022, to passing the landmark of 80 territories later this year.

The brand presence has most notably grown in Yorkshire, where we now have four franchise locations covering Leeds, Calderdale, Otley & Weatherby and Ilkley; with plans for Harrogate to be the next in line.

And in the West Midlands we’re delighted to have two new locations coming soon – RaH Bromsgrove is in the process of applying for CQC registration, with the Telford territory next in line and plans in the pipeline for Sutton Coldfield as well.

Meanwhile in and around London, we have recently welcomed two new owners into the network, with a new office opening in Dartford soon and a new owner taking over the Central London territory. They are both attending the initial training element of our New Owner Induction, spending a total of 10 days up at National Office with us, before the focus moves to their new office locations, where they will receive on-site support from both their Business Support Manager, and their Quality & Compliance Manager.
