Two new franchise owners joined us for their Induction Training in July
We're excited to be opening a new territory in Dundee, Angus & North Fife - and bringing a new owner into Right at Home Ealing & Hounslow

We have loved having Sanjay Vadhera and Philippe Rondepierre join us for 10 days of training at our National Office recently.
The pair enjoyed a training programme with a bespoke twist, as Sanjay is taking over an existing business in a resale, and Philippe is opening his business in Dundee, and will therefore work under a different compliance framework, regulated by the Care Inspectorate Scotland.
We tailored our training to their specific needs – without compromising, of course, on the depth of learning, the quality standards that are enshrined in all Right at Home training, and that fun that was had throughout!
Needless to say they were both extremely diligent students, and both 'graduated' after passing their Knowledge Check with flying colours - in the process, collecting their first piece of Right at Home glassware in the form of our RightStart paperweights. We hope and feel sure that these will be the first of many trophies that recognise their hard work and commitment to delivering quality care services within Right at Home!
And while thanking the team for their experience, it was lovely to hear Sanjay and Philippe talking of the friendships they have formed over their two weeks in Liverpool - not least with one another, and as 'training buddies' they will no doubt go on to become an important source of peer support, as they navigate the highs and lows of building their respective businesses.
Before they left to return to Dundee and Hounslow, we asked Philippe and Sanjay what drove them to apply to join Right at Home, and how they feel now they are on the journey:
