New RaH campaign highlights power of homecare in creating ‘magical moments’

Spearheaded by our National Office marketing team, the campaign aims to support Franchise Owners with their Client acquisition efforts

Right at Home has launched a national campaign to broaden the perception of homecare and raise awareness of the impact the sector has on countless lives. 

The ‘Making a Difference Every Day’ campaign is designed to showcase the magical moments homecare professionals are able to create for their Clients through everyday interaction and enhance the public’s understanding of the range of services on offer.

Our marketing team at National Office has armed the network with free marketing collateral to support the campaign, as part of our ongoing commitment to help Franchise Owners and their teams raise their brand profile and attract new Clients locally.

The content incudes four short films, each demonstrating the power of homecare in enabling Clients to live full and enriched lives, challenging the common misconception that needing care signifies the end of independence and social interaction.

The first film, shown above, tells the story of an elderly gentleman who has resigned to spending Christmas alone. However, when his Right at Home CareGiver drops by, he’s reminded of the joy of the festive season.

Three further films, due to go live in the New Year, will feature a CareGiver helping a gentleman to cook for a special meal for his wife; a young Client being supported by a CareGiver of a similar age to prepare for an open mic night at a local pub; and elderly Client shopping with an older CareGiver at an indoor market.

Each story will showcase the vast range of individuals who deliver and receive care and emphasise how our homecare services can be adapted to individual needs, in order to make a positive difference to their lives.
