A Growing Success Story

Since joining the Right at Home network in 2012 with the opening of his first office in Cardiff, Joe Guishard has expanded steadily to meet demand. The Newport area followed soon after, and in June 2023, the Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan territory was acquired.

Today, Joe proudly operates across these three franchise territories and two local offices, employing more than 250 people. The Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan office has seen its care team triple in size since the acquisition, supported by a strengthened back-office team that has grown from three to seven. Together, they now deliver over 1,100 hours of care every week to people in their local communities.

The office is also Right at Home’s reigning  ‘Employer of the Year’ (50+ employees) and has achieved exceptional WorkBuzz employee engagement results year after year – eight years running in Cardiff and seven years in Bridgend.
