We’re proud to announce that we have not one, but two ladies nominated in the NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2020. Our Chief Operating Officer, Lucy Campbell, for Woman Franchisor of the Year and Samantha Wright, Owner of Right at Home High Wycombe for Woman Franchisee of the Year.

It was evident to the judges that Lucy had been instrumental in driving both significant network growth and increased quality standards in 2019, which saw RaH achieve its most successful year to date. Amongst its top accolades, RaH was recognised by homecare.co.uk as the most highly recommended national homecare brand in the UK and holds a compliance record of 100% Good or Outstanding for its ratings with the CQC, the only major franchise homecare brand in the UK to achieve this.
This was reflected in the nomination of Sam, as the judges saw the amazing growth that Sam and her team at RaH High Wycombe had during 2019. Sam grew her Client base by 75%, her team by 78% and increased revenue by 142%. All whilst maintaining a growth strategy built around premium quality care. At their first CQC inspection in March 2019, RaH High Wycombe received an ‘Outstanding’ rating, an amazing achievement since only launching the franchise in July 2017.
