Right at Home Franchise Recognised for Exceptional Growth amid Rebranding Plans

Published: 28/10/2025

Right at Home UK is proud to have honoured one of our fastest-growing franchises with a prestigious award for exceptional performance.

Right at Home Chippenham received the Growth Award at our Annual Celebration Awards in September, having expanded rapidly over the last 12 months while maintaining a clear focus on helping Clients live well at home.

The franchise currently has 120 Clients on its books, up from 65 in August 2024, and is delivering an impressive 1,460 hours of care per week — a 103% increase on the same period last year.

Revenue has also grown by 90% over the last year, pushing the business past the £2 million annualised turnover milestone in August.

Commenting on the award win, Jack Miller, Owner of Right at Home Chippenham, said:

“This award is a powerful validation for my team. It shows they’ve been recognised not just by me, but by the entire support team at National Office for the extraordinary effort they put into helping people live well every day.

“It also sets a precedent; if we can achieve this level of growth this year, we can absolutely do it again.”

Expansion and rebrand

Right at Home Chippenham’s impressive growth has paved the way for an expansion of its person-centred care services across a broader region. To reflect this wider reach, the franchise is now undergoing a rebrand to become Right at Home Central Wiltshire.

Jack said:

“We currently serve 45 Clients in Chippenham, but we have nearly 100 Clients outside the town. By rebranding, we’re making people aware that we cover a much larger territory, and this will hopefully enable us to penetrate new towns and villages, such as Marlborough and Pewsey, and expand our reach even further.

“We cover six locations, but we’ve recently purchased four new postcodes to enable this growth.”

Jack opened his Right at Home franchise six years ago at the age of 25. Now aged 31, he is still the youngest Franchise Owner in our network — and one of the most inspirational — having made bold decisions over recent years to expand the business whilst maintaining his team’s commitment to delivering exceptional quality care.

“We’ve really focused on building and developing the right team, not just at a senior leadership level, but across middle management too,” Jack explained.

“I think so much focus goes on finding the right Registered Manager, but if your middle-management team doesn’t follow processes or align with your vision, that’s where growth slows and communication breaks down. So, we’ve enabled new training opportunities and promoted talented staff from within the business.

“We’ve also redefined our recruitment process, bringing in an innovative new system to allow our recruiter more time to speak to the right candidates and support them throughout the entire onboarding process.”

Family-fuelled motivation

Jack has successfully grown his award-winning business while adjusting to life as a new dad, having welcomed two children in the past 15 months. He credits his family as a major driving force behind his success.

“Having two children made me realise that I want to build something for the future — for them,” he said.

“So, I have big ambitions. Over the next 12 months, I want to be in a position where the business is delivering £3 million in earnings to local people, and helping in excess of 270 adults who require quality care in their own home.”

Right at Home includes independent conversations with existing Franchise Owners as an important stage in its evaluation process. To speak to Jack and others, and assess your own suitability for the model, get in touch with Chrissie and we’ll get the ball rolling with an informal chat via video call.
