Right at Home Strengthens Franchise Support with New Head of Communications and Expanded Marketing Team

At Right at Home UK, we are constantly evolving to ensure our Franchise Owners have the tools, expertise, and support they need to thrive. We are delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Sanderson as our new Head of Communications and PR, strengthening our brand and marketing capabilities even further.

Helen brings more than 20 years’ experience across FTSE100 multinationals, the public sector, SMEs, and start-ups. A former political journalist in both the USA and the UK, Helen has a strong sense of understanding the true essence of a brand, business, or individual. Her ability to craft powerful, audience-centric messaging will be instrumental in raising the profile of Right at Home both nationally and locally.

Helen’s role will see her working closely with the National Office team and our network of 80+ Franchise Owners to enhance the reputation of our brand across the country. She will also be key to our efforts to educate the public and political figures on the critical role the community care sector plays in enabling people to live well and independently at home.

Helen’s arrival follows a major investment of £1.5 million in digital marketing, designed specifically to strengthen our Franchise Owners' ability to attract both Clients and CareGivers.

Understanding that digital marketing can be one of the more complex and time-consuming challenges for local business owners, we have expanded our specialist team to tackle these areas head-on. Our investment included the recruitment of:

  • An SEO Copywriter to optimise website content and boost organic search rankings;
  • A Videographer and Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual campaign content;
  • A Paid Media Specialist to manage digital advertising campaigns centrally at no extra cost to Franchise Owners.

This transformation has already delivered exceptional results, helping our network to grow faster while freeing up precious time for Franchise Owners to focus on what they do best: delivering high-quality care to their Clients.
