Right at Home UK retains its status among Top 20 Homecare groups and as a Five Star Employer

Independent Client and staff feedback confirms our Franchise Offices really do know how to look after their people!

Right at Home has been recognised as one of the best providers of home care services – and one of the best employers in the franchise sector – for a fifth year running.

Having retained an overall Client review score of 9.8/10 on Homecare.co.uk, making it the most highly rated large provider in the UK, we were thrilled to receive Top 20 awards at both local and national level from the UK’s leading independent review website.

Review scores are based on the quality of feedback, and the numbers of reviews written by our Clients, or their friends and relatives. There are currently over 2,900 reviews for Right at Home on the website, across our 75+ offices in England and Wales.

This year’s awards saw Top 20 rankings in areas of high competition, including:

  • Four Right at Home offices in London, where there are 1,799 providers;
  • Four Right at Home offices in the South East, where there are 1,804 providers;
  • Four Right at Home offices in the North West, where there are 1,138 providers
  • And Three Right at Home offices in East England, where there are 1,323 providers

Right at Home UK has also received an award from the results of its own, independently commissioned Client and CareGiver surveys, recognising our franchise offices among the top employers in the franchise sector.

The group received the WorkBuzz 5* Employer award for the fifth year in a row from the independent researcher, WorkBuzz.

31 Right at Home offices also achieved local 5* Employer status – a record-breaking number in our five years of conducting the survey, which this year saw the highest number of participants ever taking part.

Highlights from surveys of the 1,701 Right at Home employees who gave feedback include:

⭐ 93% of team members believe their job gives them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills

⭐ 95% of team members would rate the initial training as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’

⭐ 96% of team members would recommend Right at Home’s services to family or friends.

WorkBuzz also conducted an anonymous survey in which 933 Clients took part. The survey displayed some fantastic results including:

⭐ 99% of Clients agreed that their CareGivers treat them with respect and dignity

⭐ 98% of Clients agreed that their CareGivers and trustworthy and they can depend on them

⭐ 96% of Clients said that their CareGivers make a positive difference to their lives
