A little bit about Karina:

Kariana joined the Right at Home team in 2021, bringing with her over 11 years of valuable experience in the care sector. From the moment she came on board, it was clear that her passion for helping others and dedication to her local community would make her an integral part of the team. Her commitment and leadership quickly earned her the role of Senior CareGiver, where she now supports the Guildford team and offers a guiding hand to her fellow CareGivers. Kariana is a truly valued member of the Right at Home family.

What inspired you to join Right at Home?

"It was suggested by a friend, who worked at Right at Home at the time,  for me to join. "

What does a typical day look like for you?

"Busy, every day is different and unexpected."

What do you enjoy or find most rewarding about your role?

"Seeing everything is done the correct way,  clients are happy,  healthy and well looked after."

Can you share a memorable moment or achievement that you have experienced as a caregiver?

"Taking clients, who was end of life, to the seaside for the last time. We took him to the town he once used to call home. "

What’s your favourite way to unwind after work?

"Shower and food. "

What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received?

"Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated.  "
