Kayleigh

Deputy Care Manager - Farnham

Kayleigh joined the team as a Carer in 2025 and quickly progressed into the office team, taking on the role of Farnham Deputy Care Manager. Prior to this, she spent seven years working as a Church Administrator and Booking Administrator for her local Methodist church, where she supported the resident Ministers and Stewards. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there and built many strong relationships that have continued long after her role ended. Naturally caring and compassionate, Kayleigh is passionate about supporting people and is proud to make a positive difference within her local community.

'When a client had a rough few days of feeling in a low mood and he remembered a musical called "Stop the world I want to get off" by Anthony Newly in a morning visit and so at the afternoon visit I offered to play a few of the songs through my phone - 2 songs in and he had his arms raised singing and enjoying the music and I just felt for a moment I was able to transport him to a time where he felt alive. It was precious and a privilege to be a part of.'
