Can you share a bit about your background and what you did prior to joining Right at Home?
Born in Farnham and have always returned if I’ve moved away . I have 4 wonderful children my eldest being 35 and youngest 28. I have 3 gorgeous grandchildren between 9 and 1 . I have worked in care since I was 15, I was back then a weekend girl at a lovely care home, this is where my passion for the elderly was first sown , this throughout the years grew into an even stronger passion , along side this I worked in the financial sector, I was credit controller for the uk division of BCA. I was a customer experience manager for ppc loan company. I worked for this company for 31 years 4 years before I was made redundant I worked in care along side this. After having a few months off work , my friend suggested right at home …this part of my story is still continuing.
What motivated you to pursue a career in caregiving?

What do you enjoy or find most rewarding about your role?
