Person-Centred Care
Right at Home are proud to offer person-centred care which enables you to continue to live in your own home. From once-a-week companionship calls to four calls per day packages, we tailor every care package to the individual, based on an in-depth assessment of their wants and needs.
However, sometimes even multiple care calls every day are not enough to provide someone with the support that they need. Sometimes the care needs to be 24/7, with a carer constantly on hand to provide whatever care is necessary at any time of day. This is where live in care offers a solution.

How Does It Work?
Live-in care means one of our carefully selected, highly trained care professionals will live with you in your home, giving you or your loved one help and support whenever you need it: day or night.
This level of continuous care allows your carer to assist with personal care and household tasks, while also helping you stay active and engaged. Whether it’s keeping in touch with family and friends or enjoying favourite hobbies, our live-in approach ensures you get the most out of each day. You also benefit from the reassurance of having a caring presence right beside you at home
