We are delighted to share that Right at Home Mid Cheshire has been recognised as a 5 Star Employer for the second consecutive year.
The award is based on an annual anonymous Care Professional satisfaction survey carried out by independent researchers, WorkBuzz.
The feedback we receive through WorkBuzz plays a key role in shaping the future of our workplace culture and helps us maintain the high standards of care that our Clients and their families expect. We are incredibly proud of the dedication shown by our Care Professionals every day, and we remain committed to creating a positive and rewarding working environment for all.

What is WorkBuzz?
In March and April this year, WorkBuzz surveyed 33 of our Care Professionals, providing valuable insight into Care Professional satisfaction and experience. The survey asked questions surrounding training, rewards and recognition, leadership, and their role overall.
This helps us gather anonymous feedback to better understand what we are doing well, while also identifying areas where we can continue to improve and support our team. Hearing directly from our Care Professionals is incredibly important to us, as it allows us to ensure everyone feels valued, listened to, and supported in their role.

This feedback is incredibly valuable to us and highlights the importance of listening to the voices of our Care Professionals. By understanding their experiences, we can continue to build a supportive and positive working environment where our team feels appreciated, empowered, and motivated to deliver the highest standard of care.
