Care Coordinator of the Year – Rhian Richards

We are thrilled to announce that Rhian Richards has won the Care Coordinator of the Year Award.
Rhian is an invaluable part of our service—always calm, always organised, and consistently going the extra mile to support both our clients and our carers. This award highlights her professionalism, compassion, and unwavering dedication to ensuring the highest standards of care.

Rhian’s achievement is a testament to the impact she makes daily, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her recognised by the judges.

The 3 R’s Award – Cardiff & Newport

We were also honoured to win the 3 R’s Award, celebrating excellence in Recruitment, Retention, and Recognition. This award represents our ongoing commitment to building a supportive, progressive, and rewarding environment for our care team.
