Alongside this exciting achievement, we are also delighted to share that Right at Home Cardiff & Newport are finalists in the “Innovative ways of recruiting and retaining the workforce” category at The Accolades 2026 Social Care Wales Awards.

Right at Home Cardiff & Newport has previously been recognised through these prestigious awards, winning the “Looking after and improving workforce well-being” category in 2023. The award celebrated the organisation’s commitment to supporting staff wellbeing, creating development opportunities and strengthening support systems for the workforce following the pandemic
