Right at Home’s first franchise office takes on new territory after major growth period
Franchise Owner Tim Haigh says he is 'delighted' to bring Right at Home's quality care services to Mid-Surrey.

An award-winning Right at Home franchise is extending its person-centred care services across a wider area after purchasing a second territory.
Right at Home Sutton and Epsom has changed its name to Right at Home Sutton and Mid-Surrey to reflect its expansion into Esher, Cobham, Leatherhead and Dorking.
The news comes after a period of financial growth for the franchise, with its annual turnover reaching over 1.5 million this year.
The franchise, which has been operating since 2011, was also rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission in 2022, a strong endorsement of its commitment to providing exceptional care and support to its Clients.
Franchise Owner Tim Haigh said: “I am delighted to bring our unique brand of care to Mid-Surrey after 13 years of operating in the Sutton and Epsom area.
“We have a fabulous team of experienced managers and carers and hope to quickly become the region’s first choice homecare provider for families looking for high quality support for their loved ones.”
Tim’s service was the first franchised branch of Right at Home UK, which now has over 80 offices operating in England, Scotland, and Wales.
In the past 13 years, Tim estimates his team has provided around 700,000 hours of care, which has helped approximately 1,500 people to continue living independently at home.
Today, Right at Home Sutton and Mid-Surrey is a significant local employer, with over 60 people helping to deliver a range of quality homecare services.
In addition to its CQC Outstanding rating, the company also boasts a top score of 10/10 on homecare.co.uk and is a Workbuzz 5-Star Employer.
Tim believes that being a part of the Right at Home franchise network has helped him build the business to where it is today.
“Right at Home, as a franchise, works incredibly hard for its owners. It’s got great leadership,” he said.
“Since opening my office, support from National Office has improved immeasurably; the quality and number of support staff has increased to the extent there is no problem it can’t help owners address in any area - whether it be strategy, marketing, compliance or finance.”
