Sit Fit with Nisa

This week at Social Seniors, we took part in a Sit Fit session led by Nisa. The session focused on simple, chair-based exercises to help improve mobility, strength, and flexibility in a safe and comfortable way.

Participants worked through a series of movements at their own pace, making it suitable for all levels and abilities. Nisa provided clear guidance throughout and offered adaptations when needed so everyone could take part.

Thank you to Nisa for leading the session and to all who attended. We look forward to continuing activities that support physical wellbeing and help keep our group active and engaged.
