Jo brings a wealth of experience in the Health & Social Care and Training sectors to her role at Right at Home. Her journey began at a young age, caring for a family member—an experience that sparked a deep and lasting commitment to the care sector. She began her professional career in residential care before moving into the training industry, where she became instrumental in her passion for high quality care.

As Jo’s experience grew, so did her leadership responsibilities. She progressed into senior management roles within both the training and Health & Social Care sectors, where she led teams, developed strategies, and helped shape the direction of organisations committed to delivering high standards of care and education. This laid the foundation for her later work in supporting organisations to achieve sustainable growth.

Jo has worked alongside businesses to secure funding through successful tendering, drive operational efficiency, and maintain quality while scaling. She has led organisations at various stages—from start-ups to well-established companies—and has supported numerous businesses across multiple sectors in a coaching capacity, helping them build high performing teams and accelerate growth.

Outside of work, Jo is very family centred, an avid traveller and lover of the outdoors. She enjoys exploring new places, spending quality time with her children, hiking, running (often in training for a race event), and unwinding with a well-earned glass of wine—or two!
