What is complex care?

Complex care refers to the level of care required by those with specific medical conditions or illnesses. Our specialist personalised care services involve additional expertise or specialist equipment. Conditions that call for specialist homecare support can include neuromuscular disorders, spinal injuries, cancer and more.

We believe that spending time with loved ones is important, which is why we provide complex care from respite or regular visits, through to 24-hour homecare. By working closely with our Clients and their loved ones, we help those with specialist needs to continue living in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by people who they trust.

Nurse-Led Excellence, Delivered at Home

Our Nurse-Led Complex Care services are guided by our Clinical Lead and delivered by trained Carers who are competent and confident in advanced tasks.

For some, it may mean carefully managed medication, wound care support or feeding through a PEG. For others, it could be recovery after a hospital stay, support with mobility, or sensitive help for conditions such as dementia or after a stroke.

Whatever the need, our focus is on enabling people to live well — not just in terms of safety, but in comfort and with dignity. For families, nurse-led complex care offers the freedom to rest, knowing their loved one is in trusted hands.
