Dylan brings a rich background in entrepreneurship and franchising to Right at Home UK. Having owned and operated several businesses on both sides of the Atlantic, he combines hands-on commercial experience with a genuine understanding of what it takes to build successful, people-focused organisations.

Over 13 years at one of North America’s leading multi-brand franchisors, he held a range of roles that gave him broad exposure to franchise development, operations and strategy — experience that translates directly into supporting a thriving network of care providers.

Dylan graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with degrees in Business and Psychology and was inducted into the International Honour Society of Psychology in recognition of his outstanding achievement and contribution to the field. He has since completed Harvard Business School’s Core Business Program, earned a certificate in Corporate and Franchise Executive Education from the University of Louisville’s College of Business, and holds dual Business Metrics certificates from Duke University.

This blend of academic insight into human behaviour and seasoned business expertise shapes his approach at Right at Home UK: a belief that looking after people well — clients, families and colleagues alike — is both the right thing to do and the foundation of a strong business.

Outside of work, Dylan is a keen competitive sailor and enjoys walking and camping with his wife, Jess, and their two cockapoos, Howie and Bonnie.
