Collaborating to Make a Difference in Your Community

At Right at Home, we know that exceptional home care doesn't stand alone. That's why we work with a carefully chosen group of trusted partners: organisations that share our values, meet our standards, and help us add real, everyday value for our Clients, their families and our franchise network.

From nutritious meals and mobility equipment to specialist charity support and dedicated professional services, each of our partnerships is built around one thing: helping people live safely, comfortably and independently at home.

Dementia Adventure

Dementia Adventure and Right at Home have partnered to help people living with dementia, and those who care for them, reconnect with the great outdoors.

Dementia Adventure helps people living with dementia, and the people who care for them, get back outdoors.

The charity runs supported holidays, dementia-friendly days out and community events across the UK, delivered with trained volunteers who understand the practical and emotional sides of caring for someone living with dementia.

Since our partnership launched in April 2025, our network of more than 80 locally-owned offices has committed to a three-year programme of national campaigns and community engagement, including Big Green Picnic events held in local communities across England, Scotland and Wales. So far, that's raised over £24,000 for the charity and helped more than 350 people living with dementia enjoy a supported adventure break or dementia-friendly day out with their loved ones.

For many families, these events offer something rare: a chance to relax and enjoy time together outdoors, without having to think about the logistics of care.

It's a partnership that reflects what we believe at Right at Home, that living well with dementia means holding on to connection, nature and joy, not just managing symptoms.

Oakhouse Foods

Good nutrition matters as much as good care. Oakhouse Foods delivers a menu of over 250 frozen ready meals and desserts through a friendly, local delivery service, giving people a convenient way to eat well without sacrificing independence.

Every dish is prepared with older adults in mind, so they can choose meals that suit their tastes and dietary needs without the hassle of cooking or shopping.

Paired with Right at Home's personalised care, this partnership means our Clients get reliable meals alongside trusted support, whatever their needs. Our Care Professionals can help with ordering, storing and preparing meals as part of a wider care plan, so mealtimes stay simple and enjoyable rather than a source of stress.

It's a straightforward combination that makes a real difference: better nutrition, more confidence, and one less thing for families to worry about.

Mobility Hire

Having the right equipment at the right time can make all the difference when recovering from illness or staying independent at home.

Mobility Hire offers one of the largest ranges of mobility and rehabilitation equipment for hire in the UK, from manual wheelchairs to hospital beds, covering paediatric through to bariatric sizes. Equipment can be hired short term for recovery after a hospital stay, or long term for ongoing support at home, so Clients only pay for what they actually need.

Every hire includes insurance, plus free delivery and installation by Mobility Hire's own drivers and technicians. If anything breaks down, they'll replace it. That means Clients are never left without essential equipment while waiting for a repair or replacement. The service's "Try Before You Buy" scheme also gives Clients room to test different options and find the best fit before committing, taking the guesswork out of choosing the right piece of equipment.

Combined with Right at Home's care, this partnership means a smoother transition home after a hospital stay, or simply greater confidence day to day, with relevant equipment and tailored support in place at the same time.

Grey Matters Consultancy

Grey Matters Consultancy supports older people and their families with the practical and financial side of later life.

Founded by Caroline Romero after her own experience supporting her father, the team helps Right at Home Clients navigate Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit, PIP, DLA and Blue Badge applications, along with Lasting Power of Attorney and Carer's Allowance guidance.

Their Home and Property Services cover downsizing, decluttering, home adaptations and introductions to trusted advisers on equity release and lifetime mortgages, helping Clients make informed decisions about where and how they live as their needs change.

We partnered with Grey Matters Consultancy because their expertise complements the care we provide. Many of our Clients and their families face the same benefit forms and housing decisions that Grey Matters specialises in, and having a trusted, knowledgeable partner to turn to makes a real difference at a difficult time.
