Kirsty Peachey

Kirsty has over 30 years’ experience working in health and social care sector since starting as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities. Kirsty has worked in a variety of settings including managing care and nursing homes and supporting living services. Kirsty has worked in senior operational and leadership roles and in quality and compliance management.

Kirsty’s passion lies within support others in achieving excellent outcomes. For the people that receive a service this means supporting them to live a life that makes sense to them and for colleagues this means coaching and mentoring them to achieve their goals both in their professional and personal lives.

Kirsty believes that communication and relationships are central to providing high quality care and high-quality care is the goal at Right at Home.

Outside of work Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoys holidays and the great outdoors, watching football and having fun.
